customer reviews
Always fun at the farm.we have a very much worth it membership so we go often. Last week we met a lovely, knowledgeable lady called Catherine who told my diwns syndrome client all about the creatures in the reptile/insect hut. Thanks Catherine!
An exceptional family-friendly destination, perfect for creating memories with the kids.
Prepare to spend many hours here if you are taking children, they won't last you escape. Luckily you can find food there is a good cafe and you can eat in peace since there is a play area there. There are petting areas and extremely friendly goats and aloof llamas. Great place.
This was our first visit to the farm, and it certainly exceeded our expectations! It is so much more than just a farm. There are lots of different farm animals, as well as wild animals, birds of prey, and creepy crawlies. There is an outdoor play area with sand pit and water play and indoor soft play featuring a thrilling three-tiered climbing frame with tunnel slides and rocking balls for the over 5s, while the under 5s enjoy rolling balls, a ball pit, and engaging obstacle courses. There is a café by the entrance next to the shop. There is also another café where the soft play is. The food prices are very reasonable. The inclusion of ride-ons and free-to-use pedal go-karts near the entrance is a delightful touch. Additionally, the smaller barn hosts various seasonal activities, ensuring there's always something exciting happening. We really enjoyed bottle feeding lambs and holding chicks. We also had a chance to stroke guinea pigs and touch a millipede! Overall, Hogshaw Farm is a must-visit destination for families seeking fun and adventure!

Feeding the orphan lambs was very enjoyable. Plenty of stuff for kids and a small building full of small creatures ranging from harvest mouse to tarantula.
Great place. Very friendly staff too.
Brilliant place for a day out. Very family orientated with lots of animal interactions. The staff are really friendly and informative. Can't wait to go back!
I love Hogshaw Farm every time I go. We took 60 school children and had the farm to ourselves which was lovely. Not as many shows for them because it was closed to the public but enough there anyway. Someone did have a bump but we struggled to find someone who could help us with first aid. Luckily it was a minor one. Otherwise we loved seeing the animals and interacting with them.
Amazing. I'm not sure where to start.. but the farm, soft play, cafe, toilets, activities, shops, staff.. all amazing. Please take your children, they will love it.
Took our granddaughter 16 months who absolutely loved it thoroughly enjoyed all the animals and soft play area
Lovely farm, worth visiting when they are feeding the baby lambs too! We have been there twice already and most likely, we will be visiting again soon. Highly recommended!
I went with my son's school on a trip there. Very friendly staff, clean. I just loved the park before leaving. And a good variety of animals. If you're looking for something not too big, too busy, I recommend this farm
Really good day out just a shame the weather did not hold out for us due to rain.. but the animals and staff are awesome
Great day out with kids! Now have an annual pass we go weekly come rain or shine!
